You will need:
30 large fresh lemons or limes (not bottled)
Organic B grade maple syrup (Not commercial pan cake syrup), the darker the color the better.
Cayenne pepper (Not capsules , only powder)
Herbal laxative tea
Sea salt ( Can't be iodized or iodine added, Not table salt)
30 liters of purified, spring or distilled water (Without added fluoride or chlorine for lemonade, salt water flush and laxative tea)
Master cleanse routine:
Morning:
As soon as you wake up - Mix 2 teaspoons of sea salt to 1 liter of warm water and drink as much as you can of the 1 liter " Stay near the toilet for the next hour" If you struggle with the salt water flush you can use laxative tea instead it's just a little bit unpredictable.
Lemonade drink:
300mls spring or purified water
2 tbs Grade B maple syrup
2 tbs lemon juice ( Strain pulp from the juice)
1 pinch cayenne pepper (Add more if you like more spice)
Drink 6-12 servings daily
Afternoon:
Drink laxative tea before bed
Coming off the Master cleanse:
Day 1: Don't strain the pulp from the lemon juice, this helps awaken the digestive system. Do everything the same.
Day 2: Drink fresh orange juice through out the day.
Day 3: Orange juice for breakfast
Raw fruit for lunch ( Choose fruit with high digestive enzymes such as papaya)
Healthy fruit or vegetable salad for dinner.
