Breakfast: glass of orange/apple juice, or cup of black coffee,or a slice of low fat toast. (Only pick one)
Lunch: small fruit salad, or green apple
Dinner: green apple or 8 baby carrots
Drink tons of water! You will get constipated so take a laxative if you want.
Also, a multi vitamin would be helpful.
